Happy Wellness Wednesday and Official Week 10 Launch Day! 🌟

After nine full weeks of the Good Day Summer Series, everything has been leading us to this moment. We’ve declared good days. We’ve prayed more and worried less. We’ve enjoyed the little things. We’ve chosen to live happy. We’ve chosen joy. We’ve said it’s a good day to have a good day. We’ve declared that life is beautiful. We’ve walked in the truth that goodness follows us and love surrounds us.

All of it has been preparing our hearts and minds for this week’s powerful engraving: FOCUS ON THE GOOD.This is the skill that makes every other message stick. This is the daily practice that turns inspiration into transformation.

At Inspiration Co., this is a central pillar that drives every decision and everything we build. Focusing on the good is how we stay grounded in faith, how we serve our community, and how we help people live inspired long after summer ends.

“Summer is a blank slate. With God’s help, you get to write a beautiful story — one thankful thought, one good day, and one faithful choice at a time.”

Summer Mindset Challenge May 20

Wellness Wednesday: After 9 Weeks… Everything Leads Here – Focus on the GoodTrue wellness includes the health of our minds. Negative thoughts can run on autopilot if we let them. After nine weeks of intentional growth, this week is about locking in the foundational habit that will carry us forward: intentionally focusing on the good.

This week’s challenge gives us practical, powerful ways to do exactly that:

  • Catch and replace negative thoughts
  • Write down “best case scenarios”
  • Celebrate small wins
  • Avoid complaining for the week
  • Speak encouragement over yourself
  • Find one good thing in hard moments
  • Share a breakthrough online

These practices are not about ignoring real challenges. They are about refusing to let the hard things become the only things we see. When we focus on the good, we create space for peace, gratitude, and growth — even in the middle of difficulty.

Reflection

Looking back over the past nine weeks, every engraving and every challenge has been training us for this. Declaring a good day taught us to start with intention. Praying more taught us to release control. Enjoying the little things trained our eyes to notice. Choosing joy and living happy built emotional resilience. Declaring life is beautiful opened our hearts to wonder. Walking in goodness and love rooted us in God’s character. All of it leads here: the daily decision to focus on the good.

Focusing on the good is a daily decision. It starts the moment we wake up and continues with every thought we choose to entertain. Catching a negative thought and replacing it with truth is an act of spiritual discipline. Writing down best-case scenarios trains our minds to hope again. Celebrating small wins builds momentum. Avoiding complaining protects the atmosphere of our hearts and homes. Speaking encouragement over ourselves aligns our words with God’s heart for us. Finding one good thing in hard moments is how we stay resilient. And sharing a breakthrough online multiplies the good by encouraging others.

This is the heart of “FOCUS ON THE GOOD.” It is a practice that rewires how we experience life. It is also a faith practice. Philippians 4:8 calls us to think on what is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable. When we do, we are not just improving our mindset — we are aligning our thoughts with the character of God.

We would love to hear how this summer has been changing you. Reply to this email and share your summer breakthroughs so far. We want to feature a few of your stories in this week’s Focus on the Good blogs, and we are inviting 3 people onto our new podcast series! If you live in South Florida, we can have you in our podcast studio at our corporate office. If not, we can schedule a Zoom call that works with your schedule. Your story matters, and we would be honored to share it.

As we move through Week 10, let’s commit to focusing on the good — not just when it’s easy, but especially when it takes intention. Let’s train our minds, speak life, and celebrate every small win along the way.
