Happy Transformation Tuesday! 🤍

We’ve reached the final day of Week 9 of the Good Day Summer Series with the engraving “PEACEFUL ON PURPOSE,” and what a meaningful week it has been. Today we pause to celebrate the quiet but powerful shifts that happen when we choose peace on purpose — and we look ahead with excitement to tomorrow’s final engraving drop.

“The greatest transformations often happen in the quiet places where we choose peace on purpose.”

Transformation Tuesday: Peaceful on Purpose – What This Week Has Changed in Us

This week was never just about feeling calm for a few days. It was about learning a new way to live. We practiced creating space for quiet, limiting the noise, breathing before reacting, building peaceful morning routines, letting go of stressful habits, practicing forgiveness, and reflecting on how far we’ve already come. Each of those choices was a small act of strength. Together, they have been forming something deeper in us.

Reflection

When we started Week 9, many of us were still carrying the weight of hurried days, constant notifications, and the habit of reacting before we had a chance to breathe. But something shifted as we leaned into the challenge. People began protecting 30 quiet minutes. They put the phone down a little longer. They practiced deep breathing before responding. They chose forgiveness instead of holding on. They created morning routines that started with stillness instead of stress. These are not small changes. They are real transformations. Choosing to be peaceful on purpose rewires how we meet the day. It moves us from reactive to responsive. From rushed to present. From carrying everything alone to trusting God with what we cannot control. Isaiah 26:3 became more than a verse this week — it became a lived experience: perfect peace for those whose minds stay fixed on Him.

Jesus showed us this way of living throughout His ministry. He regularly withdrew to quiet places. He slept in the storm. He spoke “Peace, be still” over the chaos. His strength never came from hurry. It came from deep trust and intentional stillness. This week we have been practicing the same rhythm, and the fruit is already showing.

As we close out Week 9 today, take a moment to notice what has changed in you. Maybe your mornings feel lighter. Maybe you are responding with more patience. Maybe you have released one stressful habit or extended forgiveness that was weighing you down. These are the quiet victories that last long after the week ends.Tomorrow is a big day. The final engraving of the entire Good Day Summer Series drops, and we can’t wait to share it with you. Make sure you open tomorrow’s Wellness Wednesday blog post for exclusive early access and the full launch of the new message. You won’t want to miss it.
