There’s something sacred about this moment in the year. The school year is winding down, the weather is warming, and summer stretches out in front of us like a beautiful blank slate. A fresh page. A new chapter waiting to be written.
In just seven days, on Tuesday, May 27, we’re launching something that will help you write that chapter well: The Inspiration Summer Challenge: 10 Weeks to Live Inspired.
This 10-week journey is more than products and challenges — it’s an invitation to intentionally co-create your summer story with God, one mindful, thankful, and faith-filled day at a time.

Every summer gives us a rare gift: the opportunity to begin again. No matter what spring brought — challenges, disappointments, or even victories — summer offers a blank slate. You get to decide what story this season will tell. Will it be marked by worry and rush, or by peace, gratitude, and joy? The beautiful truth is that with God’s help, you get to write it.
A special note today: This post is written with so much love for every person who is ready to step into a more intentional, inspired summer.
Mini Sermon Reflection: Rejoice Always — Even From a Prison Cell
The Apostle Paul wrote some of the most powerful words about joy and gratitude while sitting in a prison cell. In Philippians 4:4 he boldly declares:“Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!”
Paul wasn’t living an easy life when he wrote those words. He was chained, uncertain of his future, and physically uncomfortable. Yet he chose gratitude. He chose to give thanks to the Lord. He chose to trust God’s plan even when it didn’t make sense. That choice changed everything — not just for him, but for the guards watching him and for millions of believers who would later read his letters.
This is the heart behind the Inspiration Summer Challenge. Summer is your blank slate. You don’t have to wait for perfect circumstances to have a good summer. You get to write the story by choosing — day after day — to give thanks, to trust God’s plan, and to rejoice in the Lord no matter what comes.
Each week we'll offer:
These tools will help you turn “It’s Gonna Be a Good Day” from a slogan into your daily reality.
When you approach summer with intention, small choices create big transformation. Here’s why this matters:
Christian Faith Points
Your Wellness Wednesday Story
Take a quiet moment right now. Imagine your summer as a blank page in God’s book. What story do you want to write?
Ask yourself: What would it look like to choose a good day, give thanks, and trust God’s plan — even on the hard days? Write down one small way you can start writing that beautiful story this week.
Practical Tools: Preparing for Your Best Summer Story
Prayer or Reflection
Father, thank You for this Wellness Wednesday and for the beautiful blank slate of summer ahead. Help us write a story filled with gratitude, trust, and rejoicing. Just like Paul in prison, may we choose joy no matter what comes. Prepare our hearts for the Inspiration Summer Challenge launching May 27. Renew our minds, strengthen our faith, and fill us with hope. We give thanks to You and trust Your perfect plan. Amen.
