Happy Wellness Wednesday and Official Week 2 Launch Day! 🌿🙏

We made it through an incredible first week of the Good Day Summer Series, and the stories you’ve been sharing have been truly uplifting. So many of you have embraced the “It’s Gonna Be a Good Day” mindset and are already seeing positive shifts in your mornings, your attitudes, and your overall peace.

Today we step into Week 2 with fresh energy and a powerful new focus. The new engraving dropping today is “Pray More, Worry Less” — and it comes with a complete 7-day challenge designed to help you exchange anxiety for God’s perfect peace.

This is more than just a new message on a bracelet. This is an invitation to deeper wellness — the kind that starts in your heart and flows into every part of your life.

“Worry is a conversation you have with yourself. Prayer is a conversation you have with God.”

Wellness Wednesday: Pray More, Worry Less

In a world that feels more chaotic and uncertain every day, worry can easily become our default setting. We wake up thinking about what might go wrong, we scroll through news that fuels anxiety, and we carry heavy weights that God never asked us to carry alone.

But Jesus offers us a better way. He invites us to pray more and worry less — to bring every concern to Him and receive His supernatural peace in return. That’s exactly what this week’s challenge is all about.

Reflection
Worry is exhausting. It steals our joy, disrupts our sleep, clouds our thinking, and damages our physical health. Medical studies continue to show how chronic worry and anxiety affect everything from our immune system to our relationships. Yet so many of us have normalized it as “just part of life.”

God has a better plan.

When we choose to pray more, we are actively handing over control to the One who actually holds it all. We are saying, “Lord, I trust You more than I trust my fears.” That single shift — from worry to prayer — is one of the most powerful wellness practices we can adopt.

This new engraving, “Pray More, Worry Less”, is such a beautiful and practical reminder. Every time you look down at your wrist, it gently pulls you back to the truth of Philippians 4:6-7. Instead of spiraling into anxiety, you’re invited to pause, breathe, and turn that worry into a prayer. The engraving becomes a physical prompt — a daily invitation to obey the command not to be anxious, but to present everything to God with thanksgiving.

This is the heart of real transformation. Prayer is not just something we do when things get bad. It’s the lifestyle we’re being invited into. When we pray more, we worry less. When we release our burdens to God, His peace — which surpasses all understanding — stands guard over our hearts and minds.

Jesus Himself modeled this for us. In the Garden of Gethsemane, facing the greatest trial of His life, He prayed. He poured out His heart honestly to the Father. And that prayer gave Him the strength to walk through the cross. If prayer sustained Jesus in His darkest hour, how much more can it sustain us in our everyday stresses?

This week’s challenge builds on that truth with practical, daily steps:

  • Begin every morning with prayer
  • No doom scrolling before noon
  • Write down your worries, then release them
  • Pray for someone else daily
  • Spend 10 quiet minutes alone with God
  • Listen to uplifting or worship music
  • Share one thing you’re trusting God with

Each of these actions is an act of wellness. They calm your nervous system. They renew your mind. They strengthen your faith. And most importantly, they invite the Prince of Peace into your everyday moments.

As you wear this engraving and walk through this challenge, remember that you are not just managing stress better — you’re growing in intimacy with God and stepping into the peaceful, abundant life Jesus promised in John 10:10.
