Happy Wellness Wednesday! 🌞🙏

We’re stepping into Week 4 of the Good Day Summer Series with a brand new engraving that feels like a natural next step in our journey: “LIVE HAPPY.”

After focusing on good days, prayer over worry, and enjoying the little things, this week we’re going even deeper — choosing happiness as a deliberate, faith-filled lifestyle. Not the fake, forced kind, but the real, soul-deep joy that comes from aligning our hearts with God’s goodness every single day.

“Happiness is not something you find. It’s something you choose to live every single day with God’s help.”

Wellness Wednesday: Live Happy – Reclaiming Joy in the Everyday

True wellness isn’t just about our bodies. It’s about the state of our hearts and minds too. When we choose to live happy, we protect our peace, strengthen our relationships, renew our strength, and draw closer to the abundant life Jesus promised us.

This week’s engraving “LIVE HAPPY” is a bold, beautiful declaration. It’s not ignoring hard things — it’s choosing to respond to them with faith, gratitude, and joy.

Reflection

In our daily lives, it’s easy to let negativity, stress, and distractions slowly steal our joy. We wake up already thinking about everything that could go wrong. We scroll through feeds that fill our minds with comparison and fear. We speak words that tear down instead of build up. Over time, this becomes our normal — and we forget what it feels like to truly live happy.

But God never designed us to live this way.

He calls us to a different standard. He invites us to rejoice in each day He has made. He reminds us that every good and perfect gift comes from Him — including the small, everyday blessings we often overlook. When we choose to live happy, we are not denying reality. We are choosing to see reality through the lens of faith. We are declaring that God is still good, even when life is hard. We are partnering with the Holy Spirit to renew our minds and transform our hearts.

This is why the challenges for this week are so powerful and practical:

  • No negative talk — because our words carry life or death.
  • Listen to music that lifts your mood — filling your ears and spirit with what is good.
  • Unfollow negativity online — protecting the gates of your mind.
  • Make a “things that make me happy” list — training your eyes to see God’s goodness.
  • Do one thing your younger self loved — reconnecting with pure, childlike joy.
  • Tell someone you appreciate them — spreading the love of Christ.
  • Write down one blessing every night — ending the day in gratitude and worship.

These aren’t just self-help tips. They are spiritual disciplines that help us live out the joy of the Lord as our strength. They help us move from surviving our days to actually enjoying them as gifts from our Heavenly Father.

As you wear the “LIVE HAPPY” engraving this week, let it serve as a constant reminder of your decision to choose joy on purpose. Every time you see it, let it pull you back to gratitude, to worship, to faith. Let it remind you that happiness isn’t something you wait for — it’s something you live, one intentional choice at a time, with God’s help.

This is how we reclaim joy in the everyday. This is how we build a life that reflects the goodness of God. This is how we become the kind of people who light up rooms, lift spirits, and point others to the source of true, lasting happiness.

Christian Faith Points

  • This summer is an opportunity to build a joy-filled, faith-filled life.

Your Wellness Wednesday Story
Take a quiet moment today and ask yourself:

  • What has been stealing my joy lately?
