Happy Wellness Wednesday and Official Week 7 Launch Day!

We’ve reached the final stretch of the Good Day Summer Series, and what an incredible journey it has been. From declaring good days, praying more, enjoying the little things, living happy, choosing joy, and now stepping into “Life Is Beautiful” — each week has built upon the last, gently guiding us toward a more intentional, peaceful, and joy-filled summer.

This week’s engraving, “Life Is Beautiful,” carries a special beauty and purpose. It’s a gentle but powerful reminder to open our eyes and hearts to the wonder all around us — the sunrises, the laughter, the kindness of strangers, the quiet moments of peace, and the everyday miracles we often take for granted. In a busy world, this message invites us to slow down, breathe deeply, and truly see the beauty God has placed in our lives.

“Life is beautiful when you choose to see it that way.”

Wellness Wednesday: Life Is Beautiful

True wellness isn’t just about our bodies. It’s about the state of our hearts and minds too. When we choose to see life as beautiful, we create space for peace, gratitude, and wonder to flourish — even in the middle of ordinary or difficult days.

This week’s challenge is beautifully designed to help us do exactly that. It gives us practical, everyday ways to see and celebrate the beauty all around us:

  • Spend time in nature
  • Take photos of beautiful moments
  • Eat healthier intentionally
  • Create something creative
  • Tell someone they matter
  • Appreciate your body and mind
  • Journal what makes your life beautiful

These aren’t just nice activities. They are wellness practices that rewire our minds, lift our spirits, and help us live the abundant life Jesus promised us.

Reflection
Life is beautiful when we choose to see it that way. It’s easy to rush through our days, focused on to-do lists, deadlines, and challenges, and miss the quiet miracles happening all around us. A child’s laugh. The way light filters through the trees. A kind word from a stranger. The taste of a home-cooked meal. The feeling of peace after a deep breath in nature.

This week’s engraving “Life Is Beautiful” is your daily invitation to slow down and truly see. Every time you look at it on your wrist, let it pull you out of distraction and into the present moment. Let it remind you that the good life isn’t waiting for you somewhere in the future — it’s available right here, right now, if we’ll only open our eyes to it.

This week’s challenge gives us practical ways to do exactly that:

  • Spending time in nature reconnects us with God’s creation.
  • Taking photos of beautiful moments turns fleeting seconds into lasting treasures.
  • Eating healthier intentionally honors the body God gave us.
  • Creating something creative taps into the creativity we were made with.
  • Telling someone they matter spreads the love of Christ.
  • Appreciating your body and mind cultivates self-compassion and gratitude.
  • Journaling what makes your life beautiful trains your heart to see God’s goodness everywhere.

These small actions are not trivial. They are spiritual disciplines that protect our peace, renew our minds, and help us live the abundant life Jesus promised. When we choose to see life as beautiful, we become the kind of people who light up rooms, lift spirits, and point others to the source of true, lasting joy.

This is the beauty and purpose of “Life Is Beautiful.” It is not always easy, but it is always worth it. It is how we build a life that reflects the goodness of God.
