Happy Wellness Wednesday! 🌿

We’re so excited — the Good Day Summer Series is officially underway! While this week is still part of our intentional prep period, we are counting down to next Wednesday, June 3, when we begin the official weekly drops.

Every Wednesday starting June 3, we’ll release new Good Day Summer engravings, fresh apparel, hats, and our new sticker series so you can keep the inspiring messages with you all day long. Along with that, we’ll have fun weekly social media challenges to keep the whole Inspiration Nation connected and motivated.

But first — this week is beautifully dedicated to preparation and wellness.

“Summer is a blank slate. With God’s help, you get to write a beautiful story — one thankful thought, one good day, and one faithful choice at a time.”

Wellness Wednesday: Preparing Well for What’s Coming

The most powerful transformations happen when we take time to prepare our hearts and minds ahead of time. That’s exactly what this week is for. Instead of rushing straight into the weekly drops, we’re choosing to slow down, set good intentions, and get our spirit ready so we can fully receive and live out everything the Good Day Summer Series has for us.

Reflection

Psalm 46:10 invites us with these gentle but powerful words: “Be still, and know that I am God.”

In our fast-paced world, stillness can feel uncomfortable. We’re so used to constant motion — checking phones, rushing from one thing to the next, and filling every quiet moment with noise. Yet God often does His deepest work in the quiet places. When we choose to slow down and be still, we create space for Him to speak, to heal, to restore, and to prepare us for what’s ahead.

This Prep Week is a beautiful gift. It’s an opportunity to pause before the weekly rhythm begins next Wednesday and ask ourselves important questions: How do I want to show up this summer? What kind of person do I want to become? What distractions am I ready to release so I can fully embrace what God has for me?

Just like a farmer prepares the soil before planting seeds, we are preparing the soil of our hearts. The new engravings, shirts, hats, and stickers that start dropping next week are like seeds — powerful truths we’ll wear and carry with us. But for those seeds to take root and produce real fruit in our lives, the soil must be ready. That’s what this week is all about.

Being still isn’t passive. It’s an active choice to trust. It’s choosing to believe that God is at work even when we’re not doing anything visible. It’s remembering that our worth isn’t found in how busy we are, but in whose we are. In the stillness, we are reminded of God’s faithfulness, His goodness, and His perfect timing.

This summer can be different from every summer before it. Not because everything in our circumstances will be perfect, but because we are intentionally aligning our hearts with the One who brings true peace, joy, and transformation. As we prepare this week, let’s surrender our plans, our worries, and our expectations. Let’s make room for the Holy Spirit to do what only He can do.

When we enter next Wednesday’s first official drop from a place of stillness and readiness, we won’t just be receiving new products — we’ll be stepping into a summer of deeper connection with God and with ourselves.
