Happy Transformation Tuesday! 🤍

Today marks the final day of Week 5 of the Good Day Summer Series with the powerful engraving “CHOOSE JOY.” As we wrap up this impactful week, I want to take a moment to reflect on what God has been doing in all of us.

“Choosing joy is not ignoring the storm. It is learning to dance in the rain with God as your partner.”

Transformation Tuesday: Wrapping Up “Choose Joy” – The Message That Changed Us

This week has been one of the most powerful and impactful messages of the entire summer. “Choose Joy” is not just a phrase on a bracelet. It is a daily invitation to live differently — to respond to life with faith, gratitude, and intentional joy, even when circumstances try to pull us down.

We’ve seen incredible stories this week. People choosing to find blessings in stressful moments. Replacing complaints with gratitude. Encouraging others who are struggling. Laughing intentionally. Writing down blessings every night. These small actions have created real, lasting change in hearts and homes.

Reflection
Choosing joy is one of the most powerful decisions we can make each day. It is not denying reality or pretending everything is perfect. It is choosing to see reality through the lens of God’s goodness. It is deciding that no matter what happens, we will not let circumstances steal our joy.

This week’s challenge has helped us put this into practice:

  • Finding one blessing in every stressful moment
  • Replacing complaints with gratitude
  • Encouraging someone struggling
  • Creating a joy playlist
  • Laughing intentionally every day
  • Writing about what brings you peace
  • Sharing one joyful moment online

These actions are not just feel-good tips. They are spiritual disciplines that protect our hearts, renew our minds, and help us live the abundant life Jesus promised.

When we choose joy, we are partnering with the Holy Spirit to renew our minds. We are refusing to let worry, negativity, or stress have the final word. We are declaring that God is still good, His promises are still true, and His joy is still available to us.

This is the heart behind “Choose Joy.” It is not always easy, but it is always worth it. It is how we build a life that reflects the light of Christ in a dark world.

As we close out this powerful week, I want to speak a personal blessing over each and every one of you who have been reading these blogs throughout the year.

Today is my birthday, and as I reflect on God’s faithfulness in my own life, I pray this blessing over you:

May you wake up every morning knowing you are deeply loved by your Heavenly Father. May you choose joy not because life is always easy, but because God is always good. May you find blessings in the stressful moments and peace in the quiet ones. May you laugh more, love deeper, and live with open hands and an open heart. May this summer be one of the most transformative seasons of your life as you embrace the possibilities God has in store for you. May you walk in freedom, speak life, and shine brightly for Jesus everywhere you go.

You are not alone in this journey. We are in it together as the Inspiration Nation. Thank you for letting these messages speak into your life. I am truly grateful for each of you.

Tomorrow brings a brand new engraving and fresh challenge as we move into Week 6. But before we step forward, let’s pause and thank God for what He has already done in us during this “Choose Joy” week.

Christian Faith Points

  • Joy is a fruit of the Spirit and a choice we make every day.
  • God calls us to rejoice in the Lord always, not just when life is easy.
  • Gratitude and joy are powerful weapons against negativity and stress.
  • Choosing joy is an act of faith and obedience.
  • A joyful heart is a powerful witness to a hurting world.
  • The more we focus on what is good, the more we reflect God’s goodness.
  • This summer is an opportunity to build a joy-filled, faith-filled lifestyle.
