Happy Spark Saturday! 🔥

We just crushed Week 1 of the Good Day Summer Series, and I am genuinely fired up about what I’m seeing from all of you! From the very first day, so many of you showed up ready to make a change. You started declaring “It’s Gonna Be a Good Day” out loud each morning, you smiled before reaching for your phone, you caught yourself in the middle of complaining and chose gratitude instead, and you went out of your way to compliment strangers and share positive moments.

The energy in the Inspiration Nation has been incredible. I’ve been reading your stories, watching your posts, and feeling so encouraged by your commitment. This isn’t just another challenge — this is the beginning of a real lifestyle shift. And the best part? We’re only getting started.

Today on Spark Saturday, I want to talk about something critically important: how to keep this fire burning. Because starting strong is exciting, but staying strong is what separates those who experience temporary motivation from those who create lasting transformation.

“Summer is a blank slate. With God’s help, you get to write a beautiful story — one thankful thought, one good day, and one faithful choice at a time.”

Spark Saturday: Keeping the Good Day Fire Burning

Think about it — how many times have you started something with massive excitement, only to watch that energy slowly fade as real life kicked in? We’ve all been there. But this summer is going to be different. We’re not just riding a wave of initial motivation. We’re building a sustainable fire — one that keeps burning strong week after week, all the way through the end of the series and beyond.

This is where the real work begins. This is where we move from inspiration to discipline. From excitement to commitment. From hoping for good days to systematically creating them no matter what.

Reflection
One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned in life and business is that momentum is everything. When you start something new, you get a rush of energy and excitement — that’s the spark. But sparks die quickly if you don’t intentionally feed them. You have to add fuel. You have to protect the flame. You have to make a decision that this fire is worth maintaining.

That’s exactly what we’re doing right now in the Good Day Summer Series.

Week 1 was beautiful. Many of you told me you felt lighter, happier, and more hopeful after just a few days of the challenge. You started noticing how powerful it is to begin your day with intention instead of reaction. You realized that complaining less created more room for joy. You saw how complimenting others didn’t just brighten their day — it lifted yours too.But now we enter the danger zone — the part where novelty wears off and real life tries to pull you back into old patterns. The alarm goes off and you feel tired. Someone cuts you off in traffic. Work stress piles up. The kids are arguing. In those moments, it’s easy to think, “I’ll start again on Monday.”

Don’t do it.

This is your moment to decide who you’re going to be. Are you the person who starts strong but fades? Or are you the person who decides — once and for all — that you are someone who creates Good Days consistently, no matter what?

Keeping the fire burning means protecting your morning declaration. It means continuing to write down your 3 gratitudes even when the day feels heavy. It means choosing not to complain even when you really want to. It means wearing your engraving with pride and letting it remind you of the standard you’ve set for yourself.

This is massive action. This is what peak performers do. They don’t wait to feel motivated — they create systems and habits that keep them moving forward even when motivation is low. And the beautiful thing is, the more consistently you do this, the more motivated you actually become. Momentum feeds itself.

The “It’s Gonna Be a Good Day” engraving on your wrist is more than jewelry. It’s your daily commitment device. It’s your reminder that you are no longer at the mercy of your circumstances — you are the creator of your mindset. Every time you see it, let it reignite your decision to live at a higher standard this summer.

You’ve already proven you can do hard things. You showed up for Week 1. Now let’s protect that progress. Let’s build on it. Let’s turn one inspired week into a summer that changes everything.

Christian Faith Points

  • God honors consistent obedience and faithfulness.
  • Don’t grow weary in doing good — your harvest is coming.
  • The fire of faith must be fed daily.
  • Small disciplines create massive results over time.
  • You were created to live with purpose and passion.
  • Your consistency inspires others to rise higher.
  • This summer is your opportunity to become the best version of yourself.

Your Spark Saturday Story
Take a moment right now and ask yourself these powerful questions:

  • What worked really well for me this first week?
  • Where did I slip, and how can I improve next week?
  • What decision am I making today to keep this fire burning strong?

Write it down. Own it. Then go take one bold action that reinforces your commitment.

  • Set a non-negotiable morning routine that includes your declaration.
  • Keep your engraving visible at all times.

  • Listen to “Good Day” by Forrest Frank when you need a reset.

Father, thank You for this Spark Saturday. Thank You for the fire You’ve lit in our hearts this first week. Help us protect this momentum. Give us the discipline to stay consistent and the passion to keep choosing Good Days. As we continue this series, draw us closer to You and make us a light to everyone around us. Amen.
