Happy Spark Saturday! We’re on the very edge of Mother’s Day — just one more sunrise until we celebrate love in all its beautiful, imperfect, and redeeming forms. As we wrap up our Grateful Hearts series, today we’re focusing on something contagious and life-giving: the beautiful spark of gratitude.Spark Saturday: The Beautiful Spark of GratitudeGratitude has this wonderful way of sparking something far bigger than ourselves. One small thank you can light up a heart, mend a moment, strengthen a relationship, or give someone the courage they need to face tomorrow. And with Mother’s Day just hours away, this spark feels especially timely and tender. For so many of us, Mother’s Day stirs a full spectrum of emotions:
“Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”When we live with grateful hearts — especially in our mothering stories — our light shines. Gratitude becomes visible in our words, our kindness, our patience, and our joy. It points people straight to the goodness of God, even (and especially) in the most tender parts of family life.Other verses that highlight this sparkling power:
Let it spark joy in your own heart and in the hearts around you.
Let it glorify God as we celebrate love in all its beautiful, imperfect, and redeeming forms.Christian Faith Points
